ME-P is a mobile app service that provides astrology content, compatibility analysis, social community functions, AI-based advice, and related premium features.

3. Sales Price
The sales price of each paid plan will be shown in the app, on the relevant App Store / Google Play product pages, or at https://metagrit.co.jp/en/pricing.

- From month 4, the monthly subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off
Tax treatment is subject to platform display rules and applicable law.
4. Additional Charges
Telecommunication fees, internet access fees, and any other charges incurred in connection with downloading, browsing, using, or updating the app are borne by the user.
5. Payment Timing and Payment Method
Payment timing and payment method are governed by the rules of the platform used by the user.
- iOS app: Subject to the App Store and Apple ID billing terms.
- Android app: Subject to Google Play and Google Play billing terms if and when billing is enabled in the Android version.
Billing begins at free for the first 3 months, billing starts from month 4. The first billing date, auto-renewal timing, and related details are governed by the in-app display and the applicable store display.
6. Delivery / Availability Timing
Digital content or paid features become available immediately after purchase completion or after the relevant platform's processing is completed.
However, activation may be delayed due to network conditions, account status, review conditions, platform issues, or other reasonable causes.
7. Contract Period, Renewal, and Cancellation
The subscription contract period and renewal cycle are monthly plan, auto-renewing every 1 month.
Unless the user turns off auto-renewal through the relevant platform's procedures, the subscription may renew automatically.
Cancellation must be completed through the subscription management screen of the applicable platform, such as the App Store or Google Play. Additional guidance may be provided at https://metagrit.co.jp/en/cancel-subscription.
Deleting the app alone may not cancel the subscription.
8. Returns, Cancellation, and Refunds
Because the service is digital in nature, returns or cancellations after purchase completion are generally not available.
Whether refunds are available, and the applicable procedures and conditions, are governed by the payment policies of the applicable platform, such as Apple or Google, and applicable law.
As a general rule, refund requests for subscriptions purchased through an app store are handled by the applicable payment platform under that platform's policies. We do not directly process refunds unless required by applicable law.
9. System Requirements
Use of the Service requires a supported iPhone/iPad or Android device, a stable internet connection, and an operating system version compatible with the version of the app distributed through the App Store or Google Play.
The specific supported OS versions and recommended environments will be shown in the relevant app store listing or official pages.

Astrology content, AI analysis, AI advice, AI predictions, and related information provided through the Service are intended for entertainment, self-reflection, and general informational purposes. They do not guarantee any specific result, effect, future outcome, or suitability for a user's individual circumstances.

11. Special Campaign Terms
If free trials, campaigns, limited-time pricing, or other special terms apply, those conditions will be shown separately in the app or in the relevant store listing.
